At the Institute of Mechanics of  Materials, scientific projects are carried out in collaboration with the Ruhr University Bochum, other universities, non-university institutions and industry. We work not only with partners from the engineering sciences, but also with experts from the fields of mathematics, medicine, biology, materials science and computer science.
